  • A handful of mint leaves: Mint has analgesic and antispasmodic properties that relieve gas and help reduce inflammation. Its refreshing effect is ideal for calming stomach upset and improving digestion.
  • ½ ginger root: Ginger stimulates the production of digestive enzymes and improves intestinal motility, facilitating healthy digestion. It’s known to relieve indigestion, bloating, and nausea, and contains anti-inflammatory compounds like gingerols and shogaols, which reduce inflammation in the body.
2. Let it boil for 10 minutes, and then add a relaxing plant of your choice to enhance the calming effect. Some options are:
  • Chamomile
  •  Lavender
  •  Passionflower
  •  Lemon balm
  •  Valerian
  •  Lemon verbena
These plants help relax the nervous and digestive system, decreasing gastric contractions and relieving stomach discomfort.

3. Let it rest for another 10 minutes after adding the relaxing plant and strain the infusion.
