Have you ever tried Matcha Tea? This traditional Japanese beverage has been growing in popularity worldwide thanks to its numerous health benefits. And if you haven't tried it yet, I encourage you to do so with this special recipe of Matcha Tea with ginger, maca, and cardamom.

Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon of Matcha Tea powder

- 1 cup of hot water and/or Almond milk or Coconut milk.

- ½ teaspoon of grated ginger

- 1 teaspoon of maca powder

- ¼ teaspoon of ground cardamom

- If you wish to sweeten your drink, you can add 1 or 2 drops, according to your taste, of my sweetener Sweeten Your Soul, which is also enriched with vitamin C.

Instructions:

In a cup, mix the Matcha Tea with a cup of hot water until you get a smooth paste. Or you can use 1 cup of Almond Milk or Coconut Milk.

Add the grated ginger, maca powder, and ground cardamom to the cup and mix well.

Pour the hot water into the cup and mix everything until it is well combined.

If you want, you can add honey or natural Stevia to taste. I recommend my sweetener: Sweeten Your Soul, which is also enriched with vitamin C.
